We were approached by Macmillan New Ventures to reimagine their student success and retention software, then known as EBI MAP-Works, in preparation for their expansion into the two-year higher education market. We worked closely with the product management, data analytics and internal UX team to completely overhaul the product based on the ideal journey for every type of user and to eliminate manual calculations by baking intelligent algorithms into the product. Today MAP-Works is known as SkyFactor, and is used widely by faculty and administrators to pinpoint and resolve roadblocks to graduation.
