This is an agreement between you, the licensee, and Tangible UX, LLC (hereafter “Tangible UX”). By installing or otherwise handling the MarkerScribe font (hereafter “font”), you accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept the terms, you can not download, request or use the font.
You are granted one (1) license to use the font on any number of devices within your organization. You are not receiving the copyright to the design or any other part of the font, but the rights to use the font as specified in this agreement.
“Within your organization” means usage inside your company or organization, and shall not include usage by clients or other third parties. You can make archival copies of the font for your own purposes. You shall not distribute the font to people outside of your organization.
You may not distribute, lend, rent, sell, give away, publicly or privately share any modified or unmodified version of the font.
You may not modify the font in any case. You may not commission a third party to modify the font. We do offer full customization service of our typefaces, from just a few glyphs to whole families. Please contact us with your request and we will send you a price quote for the job.
The font may be used any way you like, as long as your usage does not involve giving or distributing the font to an unlicensed user or putting the font on a public server (such as a web server). You are not allowed to distribute or sell the font in any way, such as including it in ebooks or apps.
If you experience any difficulties with our font, please contact us and we will attempt to remedy the problem. Any usage of the font is completely at your own risk, and Tangible UX assumes no liability related to the usage of the font. We do not guarantee that the font works perfectly on any specific platform or operating system.
Any breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement terminates your license to use the font. After any termination of the agreement you must destroy any copies of the font, including your archival copies.

MarkerScribe was inspired by the work of graphic recorders and how they draw headlines with fat, blocky letters with tons of personality. As visual facilitation moves towards screens, MarkerScribe aims to be in the Graphic Recorder’s digital toolkit. Beyond that, we think it’s great for anyone creating presentation decks based on brainstorms, workshops, and other right-brain activities.
